We promise to sell high-quality clothes at StyleLop. This Warranty Policy explains what you can do if you get a broken or defective product and what we have to do about it.
1. What the warranty covers
StyleLop will fix any problems with the products you buy from them for 30 days after they are delivered.
This warranty covers problems with materials or work, but not:
Normal wear and tear
Damage done by accidents, misuse, or not taking care of things properly
Changes or modifications made by the customer
2. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a claim under this warranty:

Please give your order number, a description of the problem, and pictures if you can.
We will look over your claim and let you know how to send the item back if it is approved.
3. Warranty Fixes
We will, at our discretion, do the following if your claim is approved:
Fix the broken item, or
Change the item for one that is the same or similar, or
Send the money back to the same payment method you used (PayPal or credit card).
4. Costs of shipping for warranty claims
If the warranty claim is accepted, StyleLop will pay for the shipping costs back.
If the claim is not approved, the customer will have to pay to get the item back.
